Whats up with the stars

What are the steps needed to move up in the ranks from newbie i.e more stars by the username??? just curious becuase i am power hungry :D
(just kidding). Just dont know where to look for the answer>

yep member is around 50, 100 and member takes over, then junior and eventually senior.

if you want a full line of stars you have too make admin status

bill you should get a yahoo and add us lot so then you can tlk to us in "real time", it is amazing how much easier it is than trying to do stuff like this and waiting while one time-zone sleeps etc.
