I should be fine. I have 2 industrial Noctuas :icon_lol:
I kind of wish there were medical projects that could utilize the Ryzen 8000G series NPU (if it's *actually* useful in some way)

Quick mobile post, but I'm mildly annoyed that I'll probably need liquid cooling if I want it quiet. I guess my last attempt to air cool it might be to upgrade from my Ninja 4 to a D15 (or maybe U15S...
new FF14 benchmark for an expansion that comes out July 2nd: https://videocardz.com/newz/final-fantasy-xiv-downtrail-benchmark-is-now-available
also, anyone have an AM5 yet? really liking it for...
surely you could drop a few systems for a gently used 1950X or something... unless they're skyrocketing in price (i haven't really kept track since getting mine for $450 new, plus a used board for...
i'd almost lean towards AM5. CPUs are finally competitive in price. there's a mobo or two that's not stupid expensive if you don't care about slots or USB ports (B650 HDV/m.2 whatever good. A620...
anyone gonna bite? what projects is it even good for over consumer RDNA/GCN cards?
one guy in our AV1/video/data compression communities on Discord just ordered one since the video went live...
looks like 150-200 euro on ebay.de. not sure the risk of being mined on at 6GB VRAM, tho
was just catching an old IRC friend up on recent hardware and the KO came up. anyone ever snag one? if so, any good?

i really like my 5700G. i just wish i had more consistent work to feed the GPU side :/
is it just me or are the GPU units super slow at being distributed?
interesting, my K40 pandemic score might be as fast as a 3080, at least with mw@h :)
what's the best way to find what kind of math a project uses a lot of (or better yet, the GPUs best for it)? i'm JUST starting to learn/look into projects optimal for a particular GPU/line/whatever
did you survive??
case fans or box fans? :icon_eek:
anyone know how long ago a GPU project was added? 😅 guess i'll balance it as the days get cooler
also, any ideas on how Arc cards are doing for compute?
NF-F12 apparently comes with the U12S
on the topic of Noctua, i'm really not a fan of Noctua's 120mm cpu cooler fans (has a bit of an annoying hum). their 140mm fan is SUBLIME, tho.
if anyone else is building, would probably recommend...
Lisa Su Jr
just one? ;)
invisible heatsinks? (aka none x)
@NeoGen, ugh friggin' cancer. i guess covid was a bit of a blessing in disguise as you were around none of anyone at work who would have been sick with normal...

any pics of the farm??
have you gotten anything like it?
this looks well made ...however along with being well made, it probably makes it nearly pointless compared to the price of 2 mid-range gold PSUs...

don't forget about the 2060 KO, which is almost a 2080 in (at least some) compute functionality
did someone (of importance) mention that this was coming/likely/whatever?
