You could try SysTool - whether it will work with those HP boards I don't know, but worth a try.

I'm running all my Q6600's at 3.42GHz (380 x 9) on air with max temps of 50C under 24/7 full Boinc load without a problem - I like to make them work for their dinner :icon_mrgreen:

I saw the site had gone and wondered what happened - I think Keith Henry is building a new one for them at the moment.

I still run WCG off and on as it runs worthy projects - but I've branched out to experience the wider DC world :)
