It looks like the stats for F@H are not updating, and haven't for quite some time.
It looks like my stats are showing up under Enigma@Home rather than Einstein. :)
Thank you for the quick fix. :)
Yeah I had a bug that was slowing down the i7 but I got that sorted out and it is catching up now.
I am not seeing my stats showing up for Einstein@home on the site.
It varies which machines are actually folding but I have the following machines I use:
CPUs=Opteron 170, A64 3800+, PS3, Mac Mini Core Duo, E6600, Athlon II X4 640, i5 430M, i7 920 and i5 2500k...
When I upgraded to my current i7-920 setup I really wanted to get an ATI card but CUDA just couldn't be overlooked.
From what I have read the 8800GT/9800GT, which are identical, are the best bang for the buck.
Thanks guys. I love projects that have the potential to help the medical field keep people healthy. :)
I wonder if BOINC projects could run on a GPU like Folding@Home does?
I am running both together and having zero problems. Like I mentioned I set the GPU to a slightly higher priority to make sure it gets CPU usage when it needs it.

I installed this last night on my Vista x64 system with aQ6600 and an 8800GT in it. Not only can I run the GPU version but I am able to also run the SMP version on the processor at a slightly lower...
And with things that could wipe out the planet you would hope that they wouldn't do it just because the odds of wiping out the planet were small. I can see a science fiction movie of the earth being...

I guess some physicists say they won't be a problem based on Hawking Radiation causing them to only last milliseconds but even Hawking says that Hawking Radiation is just an idea and not proven.

Have any of you been following the concerns that some scientists have about this project causing mini black holes and strangelings?

Reminds me of a joke I heard back in high school.
What's long hard and full of seaman?
A submarine!
I am pretty sure the new nVidia card is around 3 times faster than the HD3870.

Best wishes for a very happy Birthday!
They finally announced that they will soon be releasing an nVidia client that will run on 8xxx series and newer cards. I have been waiting so long for this. They are showing that the new nVidia card...
F@H uses 4 cores!
I haven't run SETI for some time but it was the first DC project I ever ran back in the late 90s. I just feel like doing F@H is more useful to curing diseases and making everyone healthier including...
Loved it! I was cracking up.
Happy birthday!
I have it set up on a computer at work with DSL where bandwidth isn't a concern and it has been doing quite a bit of work in just the few hours since I fired it up. It doesn't seem to use much CPU...
