New species coming soon...
We have 3 new bird species we will have available this fall. One is blue-winged teal as part of a collaboration with Ducks Unlimited.

In addition, my UND wildlife team have been working near Churchill, Manitoba (the Polar Bear Capital of the World) in collaboration with the Hudson Bay Project (http://research.amnh.org/~rfr/hbp/overview.html) & Parks Canada at Wapusk National Park to study snow geese and common eiders, as well as evaluate application of unmanned aircraft (aka: drones) to study these birds, their predators, and their habitat. Nesting video for these species includes the potential of seeing any of the North American bear species (polar and grizzly are most likely as we observed them in the field within the nesting colonies of birds, but black bear can also be found at the park) and species such as arctic foxes.
