At the BOINCSynergy Forum there have be some grumblings that Dimes introducd a Virus, can we have some comments here please.........

I read the entire thread @ Boinc Synergy. It mentions a worm that may be related to Dimes. I don't think it is but you may want to check the location listed in the thread for the specific file name.

Nah... I don't believe the worm is related to Dimes.

The only thing the worm is related to is the carelessness of people with their computers, no antivirus/firewall, no windows updates, things they download, webpages they visit... etc... That's how you can catch a worm or two, not with Dimes.
