Go AMD Users !
Just saw that, got on here to retract my previous statement, well done!!!
Our Scottish friends received an upgrade of their forces in the form of Bryan (aka Bowmore) from SUSA (aka Seti@USA), known to own at least two Threadripper 2990WX systems...
And boy, do they produce credit There's also a 'UK' team (UKBT?) that has managed to pass us, so we're back at #3.
Buy those Ryzen 7 1700, 1700X and/or 1800X's before they're gone, and crunch on, I'd say..

sadly, i probably won't be able to put my 2400G in something til after xmas... gave my mom my AB350-DS3H + Athlon 200GE for HTPC
Those micro-ATX socket AM4 boards cost next to nothing. The more expensive ones have four RAM slots and still can be bought below 75 Euro's here -except the B450 and X370/470 ones
(where Gigabyte is the exception: three X370 boards below 75 Euro's, amongst them the wulf in sheep's clothing: your old Gigabyte GA-AB350M-DS3H, which has a X370 chipset and not a B350 as you might think).
My own ASRock A320M Pro4 still is hard to beat for price/performance and can be bought for a price as low as 58 Euro's at the moment.
If you've given your mom your DDR4 RAM too, well, then it is another story of course...we're still waiting for RAM prices to return to a reasonable level.

Back in 2nd place!
We need more power
Sell the i7-860 system (combination board, CPU + RAM) and buy a new AM4 mobo from the money! You have a Ryzen 5 2400G and a stick of DDR4, what else do you need?
