Developments so far: they keep getting better! Will be replacing my A12-9800E with a Ryzen 5 2400GE as soon as they come out here...twice the threads, better GPU, L3 cache
When I run it in the same board I now use for the A12-9800E I can get Raven Ridge to run the double-row (DR) DDR4 RAM to its full rated speed of 2400 MHz, unlike Bristol Ridge that can run the DR RAM no faster than 2133 MHz.
This is due to the four RAM slots of Asrock A320M Pro4 it seems, the cheaper Asrock A320M board [with only two RAM slots] will run the two sticks of RAM for Bristol Ridge up to its full 2400 MHz too.
The Ryzen 3 2200G over here is already 17 euro cheaper than the A12-9800...

don't forget to flash your BIOS to one compatible with Raven Ridge before installing!
BIOS P3.30 and later (last at P4.70 ATM)
For proper Raven Ridge support P4.50 gets recommended
