    SETI@Home Wow!-Event 2018




    SETI.Germany invite Team AMD Users to the SETI@Home Wow!-Event 2018. It takes place from 15th August, 16.00 UTC, until 29th August 2018, 16.00 UTC.

    Sounds good, I have been participating in the Seti@Home test challenge due to finish in 2 hrs, we didnt even make it to the top 10

    ugh, what i wouldn't give to get a new RX560 2GB (hell, i'd be happy with 1GB, but it doesn't come in that size) for ~$80-99 so i could enter this and/or spin Enigma back up after it finishes, but nooooooo, stupid market!

    Once again late to the party, and we are doing quite horrible, but I am joining in and going to attempt to surpass my last years output of 296,116. Currently we are 51st with 64,402 points, so going to need a lot more firepower to surpass last years challenge which we took 11th for a total of 4,255,363.

    We've passed the Italians too and are now at #44, behind SETI Squad Berlin

    Going to bring a few cores out of retirement tonight, need to push hard or I am not going to reach my personal goal of 300,000 :-/

    We've passed both SETI Squad Berlin and the University of New Hampshire and are now on #42
