    About Vaporware and Unseen CPUs

After the octo-core Phenom II, that appeared to be a piece of Vaporware, we are now waiting on the announced, but nowhere-to-be-seen 35 Watt tdp Ryzen 3 2200GE and Ryzen 5 2400GE.
And that's not it: they have PRO variants too. And it seems that only the PRO variant makes use of ECC RAM capabilities -and the same holds true for the 'normal' G variants of the Raven Ridge desktop APUs and Summit Ridge CPUs.

P.S. I've spotted Summit Ridge PRO CPUs, unfortunately they're sold with a Dell desktop around them

even if you COULD get your hands on one, would AMD honor the warranty considering they're OEM? (and if the site you ordered it from didn't or disappeared)

If I legitimately buy a CPU the vendor is obliged to honor me warranty under the law. The vendor bought the CPU himself too, so he/she is under that same law. Ultimately the company that made them must honor the warranty.
