so it looks like the US and now Europe are being blessed with the Ryzen 1600 AF, which is 98-99% the performance of a 2600. sadly no AU yet

They (the Ryzen 5 1600 12nm) are 110 Euro here - the 14nm version is 105 Euro.

and not that it's 100% comparable, but to think that an i7-8700K was averaging $360-370 for 6c12t. ha! (for maybe 20% off the 8700K's blender/cb/x264 performance)
