no dave , as far as i know that is the case but it doesnt happen.

someone asked in the official forum earlier if they declare war against everyone could thay bash as they pleased, and it was pointed out they would quickly lose their fleet to "honest" players at the top. I guess the only way to overcome would be have AMD ranked straight 1 to 10 and own the universe - but we get closer to this everyday :D

I updated the scan register above.
I don't think we found them all yet.
I am doing a massive deep scan now - in progress.
I'll cover the gaps first then branch into the other galaxies.
I'll advise and update when done
