    An Hero

Did you know that Meckano is a real Hero?

Meckano has helped me in the silent.

I got problem with my new router. It will don’t work sometimes. And when it works the router fail after a half hour of inactivity. Mackano has sent me surly ten E-mails and I have sent him the router log and tell him what as happen. He returned the log where he explained what the log message mean. What who normally and what who was bad. I have read it and there have Meckano wrote if the network card was bad or not work properly. I write a long letter to him there I wrote about the physic address for the card and the router. It was two different addresses. Suddenly it come to my mind that when I clone in the routers setup the address will change the network cards address to be another than what it had. So I plugged in the electric cable into the router remove the connection cable. Then I reset the router with a pencil and reset the router in the routers setuo to factory settings. Then I remove the electric cable again. Then I unplugged the electric cable to the modem. Next step was to plug in the electric cable to the router and the modem. Then I plugged in the connection cable to the router. Then reboot the PC. After that the router and the network card had the same MAC-address. I tried to start Internet and, yes it run. Then I waited about one hour and tried again. To my surprise both my modem and the router was still going stroing.
Thanks to Meckano who know that my English not is as they who is born with this language I got a know how and he had sat his fingers on an important meaning in the log who get me some ideas.

I will thank Meckano for his engagement and for his kindness to think upon me. :D :D :D :D :D :D

    Guys!

Anyone who has Zone Alarm or Zone Alarm PRO? I have a question about the setups for the firewall. When I tried to start the Internet after I have sleep it fails. I have look at the Routers setup and all seems be ok. It comes upon my mind that Zone Alarm would stop my modem or the router from to get a new loan from my ISP. Because that fact I shut my firewall down and start the Internet And yes, it works with both the modems and the router.I got a new loan. Before the loan was from 2005 and expire 1904 :?: :?: Then I start my firewall again. I called my ISP and they said it’s normally. The support is shit! No knowledge, no experience. But there is some setup (for the router) who I don’t understand what it mean. For example if I need to do some settings or leave other settings.

Hopefully I will have some advice.
