Silv - wants me dead

Dont know why but silv has decided i should be fleet-less.
First all my colonies and planets were probed and attacked. I was building fleets equally on each planet to unite them to create a large fleet. Luckily it was only small but enough for a 7% moon chance which i didnt get

Then more probes etc. but i think i am out of phlanx range at 3:141 as the probing was inaccurate for the fleet saving and attacking i was doing. To stop this i did a long fleet-save (72 hours, 10% speed inc. recyclers). i am now 2 hours from landing and get probed at my other planet a few times, than attacked with esp. (for DF so recyclers could be sent).
Now i see "One enemy fleet from player Silv from planet Pohjoinen [2:46:9] approaches planet Lower Planet[2:42:5] The fleet consists of 11624 ships. ( 11355*Light Fighter, 269*Battle Ship) The mission is attacking"
My fleet arrives there 4 seconds before this hits, FFS its not long enough. I can do a recall but am 100% sure i will be phlanxed and Silv fleet will be waiting for me to get in reach and time it perfectly again when i arrive back home.

All that pleases me is the amount of deut being spent on catching me, lol. Moving fleets that size will not be funny, lol. And at 5k deut per phlanx i doubt the eventual crash will be profitable at all - i just hope i get a moon.

afraid i cannot compete with phlanx and when it is timed so close, there is nothing i can do. i need a moon to safely fleet-save but still have not get one.

i evaded maybe 5 attacks so far where >1k has been taken.
last time i even attacked back as i had 9,500LF and 350BS approaching - i waited till they were too close for him to call back so my BS got in and removed the defences he had. i only captured 1 deut though ffs.

at least this is costing him loads of deut, twice he has moved the bulk of his fleet between 3:141 and 2:42.

this was after a re-call where i would have been hit 2 seconds are arriving home. This time their calculations were poor so i got all of 5 seconds but rl got in the way, lol.
