That link doesn't work...
But I registered on the site and joined the team through it.
One thing though... doesn't let me attach on boinc yet, says the key is invalid.

Here's the correct link:

their BOINC home page is
http://gf45.mp.tudelft.nl/psdm/
which is not how they published as
http://gf45.mp.tudelft.nl/
which will give you an Apache default page
[ed] at the moment, anyway: 2005-11-10 [/ed]
Ahh the newbies.
Gotta love'em.
...a poorly written piece on application of Alberta split spread on fourier transform...but you get the picture...literaly ;)
http://sepwww.stanford.edu/sep/jon/eage99.pdf#search='Split%20Spread%20Fourier'
now that you have the visual difference, here is something topical that uses the difference to great effect with a much greater depth in the 3rd dimension
http://enviro.nfesc.navy.mil/ps/3d/srsatt1.htm
here is a paper that explains the "dual" split in greater detail
http://www-crewes.geo.ucalgary.ca/Conference-abstracts/2001/Mi_SEG_2001a.pdf#search='Split%20Spread%20Fourier'
...enough to push the layperson (me) into headache territory on a work-night
However, if you peruse the later paragraphs of the paper you will see how it applies to this project directly.
As an observer I am surprised that the theory has taken so long (since 2001) to come to be applied. We shall see more of this, perhaps even re-analysing some old project data with greater effect. It would not surprise me in the least.
(can you imagine the crunch power required to re-analyse all SETI data with an additional dimension ??? We definitely need more cores !!! )
bob's gonna do BIoS  Account Secured![]()
Bob, are you on any other projects besides Shoft and Rosetta?

My Total BOINC World Ranking is 99.899% not counting the Shoft Credits I have. But that Ranking isn't as bob ... ;)
I just got goofy and put down bob from Belarus at the Shoft Site & now it's carried over to the Rosetta Site ...
Don't know what that percentage means, but the number sure sounds good
I had asked because I was wondering how did someone with such a farm there could just have started DC'ing on Shoft and Rosetta only... I had a feeling you had to be at someplace else more too... :P
And I hope "bob" carries over to some more projects on our team ;) hehe
