I had signed up several weeks ago for a Beta account at the new Windows Live Mail from Microsoft, which will be sporting 2Gb of space and all the latest tools and technologies to fight spam and etc.

I received the invitation email today but they won't let me join because

Mail beta isn't available where you are

I see now that at least a dozen other people are having the same problem to access their email invites. They posted complaining comments on the same place I did, the blog of one of the Live Mail devs.
My guess would be that they spread out the invitations but only accepted accounts to US residents, which is pretty odd. Doesn't make much sense since email is a centralized service that you can access from anywhere in the world... :?

Oh well... I'll keep waiting I guess :roll:

After searching for a while I found out where is my msn account information. Changing my country to USA gave me instant access to the new email. :D

Now I got 2Gb of email space to play with and don't know how... :P lol
