Burp has work... but downloads fail

Anyone that has burp running there has been able to get work?

Everytime it connects, the same thing happens. Tries downloading a bundle of files and they all fail with the checksum error... :?

I've noticed I'm getting WUs every few hours. Finally some work! They take several hours for me.

AMD definitely suited to this project. As a comparison:

P4 3.2GHz Prescott in the Shuttle SB61G2v4 with 1 Gb DDR400 Geil ram is at 42% after 3 hours with the To Completion still showing 7 hours.

Athlon XP 3000+ with 1 Gb Corsair Value Select DDR400 ram also running a 141in0.zip task is showing 33% done in 1 hour 20mins with To Completion showing 1 hour 50 mins.

NeoGen, I read on the forums that older and developmental versions of boinc weren't able to download the client correctly. Maybe downgrading :?: or upgrading to 5.2.13 will help.

I think i have gotten the more worse evil. I can download them fine, but when boinc runs burp, blender uses all my ram. I have 2 sticks of 512mb, i hope that is enough. I am going to try again though.

Yea... I found that detail about the older and development versions by the hard way... :P

And when I managed to get it coming my computer almost crashed with the memory requirements! I only did a few and set it to not get more. I'll wait for the next rendering job, as this one is way out of my machine's league.
