Don't know if anyone else was as puzzled as I was, but it looked like this project was down for a while.

I googled to find some answers and it turns out that they just changed their website address recently (and I didn't know). It's now:
http://www.project-dolphin.nl/

If you still got it counting there, but not being able to pulse, just go to the program settings and write down the new project address on the server name field.
I've just made a pulse of over 200,000 keys.

Yep, very much alike.

But WhatPulse has an extra, it also counts mouse clicks.
