Star Dust at Home - project
I found this link in the April 2006 Edition of Popular Science:
http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/
Reading through the links I found this one the most intrigueing:
http://www.planetary.org/programs/pr...ome/facts.html
It is science oriented but not using your computer, using your eyes while watching movies of intricate particles embeded in Aerogel that returned from a space exploration. Sounds pretty neat to me...
Any Questions;
***Admin Comment; I thought this link should get its on place on Phys Science's list of projects.
Challenge me, or correct me, but don't ask me to die quietly.

I just pre-registered for this one... now lets wait and see.

I had pre-registered some time ago already, and it should have started already, but then they said it was going to be delayed, so I haven't been checking up on it anymore.
And I see it hasn't started yet, but seems to be close now...
