    Repair or reinstall

    Hi

Guys, I have a CD-rom contain software for chipset, AGP, motherboard and so on from ABIT.

Can I run it because I have too high temperature and se if it will be better?

But if I di it, should it affect Windows?

Any advice should be highly appriciated.

the CD-rom should just contain drivers.

i think you are getting confised between the motherboard ABIT disk and the windows disk. My abit disk just has software and drivers on.

its not going to help your high temps, either way. personally, i would take your heatsink/fan off, clean your cpu and re-apply thermal paste. blow all the dust out of your heatsink while you're at it.

    Hi

I have already clean the whole computer. I was thinking if I should repair the BIOS if I ran the motherboard software.
