    Predictor is down

Looks like they ran outta space on the inbound side of receiving WU's
I'm getting a error related to running outta space on one of their volumes.

That is not good at all, keep us aprised if it changes back anytime soon.

    Thanks

I moved my 3800+ to Einstein@Home. Looks like we're going to lose 20th place anyhow. I know I don't have enough crunching power to prevent it, but I'm leaving my son's 4800+ on Predictor.

Yep, I dont blame you there Steve, Predictor is getting annoying with its burps. I think I'll soon crunch elsewhere also.

Now it's official they have a downtime for an unknown time period (from the wording I think it will be at least several weeks if not months). If you want to stick with protein structure predicition you should switch to Rosetta until Predictor implements their new algorithms.
Be part of the winning Team! Crunch more Rosetta

This is the official web link for Predictor Scripps dot edu server status, and I can not get it to resolve. I kept it handy in my bookmarks so if the time was ever needed to be able to find the problem. Seems the problem is now!

    Server Status

The link finally resolved, it says everything is up and running, but hey it took over 2 minutes to resolve.

Last night when I looked it had "0" work units in the backlog to be sent out, and they state that they will try to keep 10,000 ready to assign.

Sounds like they are "down" to me.

    For what it's worth:

That and $5 and I can get a descent cup of Joe... were I a coffee drinker.

Nice Job, nice graphics, a cup of coffee huh, You know I have been told the coffee grounds make good fertilizer for rose's!
So if your not thirsty for the cup of joe, I think you can find a place it can be used wisely.
Congrats Steve, So when is the crew going to bring back Predictor after all?
