As you noticed I should receive 827059 sec. of work but I only got a them if I forced the send and receice button. I think I should have at least 150 WU´s.

Don't question the ways of Boinc, as it is a very sensitive creature

There are tons of reasons why boinc won't download many workunits... the boic scheduler makes up some weird calculations depending on how many projects you got on the manager, how many hours per day your computer is on, how many hours per day boinc is on, and other things, and calculates just about how much work you can download at a time and be 100% sure that it will not cross the deadlines.

You can always ask for some more manually, but that small share that comes automatically is just about how much the boinc manager is sure that is capable to finish on time.
