    We're back up and running

Pretty new boards we got here. Now it's just a matter of coloring a bit (AMD style  ) and we're back in business.

I'm sure Jeff will try to rebuild us a nice main page again, close to what the other one was, but it'll take some more time. We have to be patient.

But the forums are up and running, which is great. We can communicate again! :D

Im going to investiage Vbulletin. It offers similar features that PHP Nuke did, but WAY more security. They also offer a conversion tool for phpBB to VBulletin, so we won't lose any forum data. That is most important to me.

Downside- it costs 160 bucks for a lifetime license.

Free-DC uses VBulletin and they've never had a problem. We've been hacked more times than I can remember!!!

If you do decide to go vBulletin and need any help let me know and I'll be happy to help. It's pretty easy once you get used to it and the controls are better than phpBB in my opinion. The customization takes a little getting used to but it's very powerful..

To my knowledge it's not been exploited badly at all.

Some of the dates here show up as tomorrow :?

Check out the summary of forums. There are posts for tomorrow. When you click to see what the post said (will say  ), the date is correct.

    Just a small thing.
