    Unhappy weird file

Hey people, sorry for my long absence from these boards and the team.

Could i ask you guys a question?

I've got a file in my sherad folder of limewire (apparently i downloaded it). The weird thing is that if i try to open the file, it doesnt open and when i try to delete it, it wont delete either (there doesnt even come a screen asking if i want to delete yes or no). I already tried to search for solutions on the net but nothing. I've already let my antivirus run on it, together with spybot and adaware but nothing can make it go away. can you guys pleeeaaase help?

How knowledgeable are you about your Operating system, do you know what HKEY's are and where to find them? If so this is where you can remove that critter. THere are more ways too.
First thing you want to tell me is what OS you are running, XP, linux, solaris, citrix. apple, etc.
Could you write us the exact display of the file: example - file.dat etc?

OK lesson one: Since we are both on the same level playing field lets extract that varmint. First I want you to click on start at the lower left hnd corner of the screen, then click RUN, type in regedit and hit enter. a screen will open up, at the top left hand corner you will need to find EDIT, under edit you will need to slide down to find, click on Find and a little window opens up, It is asking find what: type in Veronicas only, and hit enter.
What ever you touch in here can be very critical to your system! Caution
Now lets hope your system will dsiplay this jpg ?
    Tell me what you find...

You might try going to the command line, finding it, and killing it.
