Bah... My 4200 matches his 6600, well within 100 points of it. Unless he wasn't running it all day...

He must not be running it all the time then. He is only getting 1600 points a day out of it. Let's hope he keeps it that way...

    That's a huge overclocked amount!?!

    My little Core2Duo 6300 O/C'd to a miserly 2086 is producing this http://issofty17.is.noda.tus.ac.jp/s...hp?hostid=8842

But even when pushed up to 2.4 it was only hitting just over 19000mil in integer!

With this 4800 pushed to 2.58 (it gets hot) I just get over 14,000. Two of the things I ordered was a new cooler and matched ram. 3.0 here I come lol if the cooler works out. I ordered the: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835702001
If this don't go it I guess I'll go to watercooled.

Your going to have to go watercooling, and you might want some advice from specialists if you intend to push past the 2.7 mark. I would suggest removing the IHC from the cpu, but, double BUT, if you make a mistake in removing the IHC you don't get to send the chip back for a replacement. http://www.dualcoreamd.com/ This web site will help you in some ways and still leave you with questions to some. I sent you the details to follow on the MadShrimps website. Overclockers web site has a lot of info on how to go about pushing your system to the maximum. http://www.overclockers.com/ Water cooling is the only way to go at such high speeds your after. Watch the voltage at such high temps, remember to check with a vtvm on the exact volts at the psu not what the machine says. Ok I said enough for now.
