I´ve run CPU-Z and when I checked memory slot I notised following:
Clot 1 512 MB
Frequency 200 MHz
CAS#Latency 2,5
RAC#to CAS 3
RAC#Precharge 3
Tras 8
Slot 2 512 MB
Frequency 133 MHz 166 MHz 200 MHz
CAS#Latency 2,0 2,5 2,0
RAC#to CAS 3, 3, 4
RAC#Precharge 8, 3, 4
Tras 6, 7, 8
Slot 1 has a freqency of 200
Slot 2 has 3 different frequency of 133, 166 and 200 MHz
CAC and RAC is different to Clot 1.
Is that right? If I have 2 memorys installed should they not be similar on both RAC and CAC.
Memory timings
Frequency: 171,3 MHz
FSB: DRAM
CAS#Latency 2,5
RAC#to CAS Delay 3 Clocks
RAC#Precharge 3 Clocks
Cycle Time (Tras) 7
Bank Cycle Time (Trc) 10 Clocks
Command rate 1T
Dram Idle Time 10 Clocks
Chould it be better have one memory at 1024 MB instead for 2 at 512 MN?
Is there any wrong?
