Anyone get any cool hardware from Santa?

Just wondering how many got something for Christmas hardware-wise that they weren't really expecting???

I got a power outtage.... took out a power supply.

I got 3 sys from the wife. She found an old wish list I had stored on Newegg and ordered them earlier this month. 3 new 4800+ bui, I'm to chicken to stack them like a tree.

I got an intel core 2 duo laptop. I know it's not a turion x2, but i didn't want to go through that huge bestbuy crowd to return it and a core 2 duo is allegedly faster than a turion, so i'll try it. I also heard at the F@H forums that they are going to release the PS3 client on this Monday, Tuesday or Friday. I should be doing some heavy crunching pretty soon.

Well so far it's gone like...

Read instructions! Check!
Added hot water! Check!
Placed feet into device Check!
*&$!*&""ell take feet immediately out of water due to still at boiling point!
Re-read instructions properly this time!
Poured a litre of cold water also into the thing!
Put my Wife's feet into device to check on temp! Check
Kicked her off it before plugging it in!
Put my feet into it and then powered it up to full!
The mad thing started to vibrate and blow bubbles like a baby on a washing machine!!!
15mins later I was fast asleep with pink feet! Jobs a goodun!

...I'm still not sure how that prezzie request translated in her head from me saying I wanted a QuadCore though!

lol Andy the wife got one of those from her mother, she loves it and the noise is driving me nuts. It's great without the bubbles.

I am impressed with the hardware that has been graciously awarded to my Team Mates. I alas, have not had any hardware deliveries. I have though been granted new delightful news with my Business Project and that is great news, I am going to get paid finally. Next year which is only 7 days away I will award myself with a few servers of joy. Cheers everyone!
