One of my systems is still madly crunching away, the other went back to MoneyBee. On the one system it seems it reports 2 WU's completed and then downloads two new ones to replace those two. Interesting as it has not wavered since I reset the project. The other one is just frustrating at best. Maybe it is running 5 projects on one system and 4 on another that stalls the Work Unit progress on the one that I had to retire off SIMAP. Who knows !

Calculation of SIMAP updates is starting soon.
The calculation of new simap workunits containing the novel proteins from September 2007 (simap app) and their domains (hmmer app), and the calculation of sequence similarities of several environmental sequencing projects, will start on October 1st in the evening (UTC).
