I use windows x64 (I need xp for an online game). other than that, I still have w2k on all machines except my wife's confuser (xp) so she can vpn into werk.

I cruise the internet on Ubuntu.

I'll upgrade to Vista for 1 reason (and it's not one i like)

BECAUSE THEY FORCED PEOPLE TO BUY IT FOR DIRECTX 10!

Now in order to upgrade to Vista all i need is your donations to the "Poor Evil-Dragon unemployed fund" or the "Evil-Dragon can't get someone to give him an IT job fund"

    Many thanks :D

Yep registered with Totaljobs (aka Stepstone)

It's not that there isn't any I.T. jobs, it's that no one wants to give me a chance. I get loads of calls from recruiters, really positive stuff however it usually ends in dead ends with either no outcome or thanks for applying but no thanks.

Thing is, i'm no idiot. I did 6 years in legal I.T. and have been working with computers since 10 years of age. The problem is job saturation here, everyone jumped on the I.T. bandwagon and the market got swamped.

Can someone please tell me the Build# that you are getting on the Install disk? Thanks.
Hey, mine is 6000, if that helps any...
    :edit: 6.0.6000 to be exact
If you can't make it ... Don't come!
