It will not be cheap but since I did some digging and asked a friend since I am kinda busy with work right this moment. I found out that XP and Vista both run dual and eventual quad cores in series not parallel processing. Due to this knowledge I am going to go this direction in obtaining a parallel platform that I can order each core to operate on each process. Each process which all of you reading this will be either Boinc or Non-Boinc projects of DC-ing. ( Yes this is what Linux already does, but I am not a linux command person)
