    dual boot ??

Guys, I installed Vista upgrade over my XP Pro ...is there any way now to reinstall XP Pro to one of my other hard drives ( I run 3) and not disturb my fresh Vista install ????? Thanks for any help...by the way my F@H GPU client output has dropped in half under Vista, I was doing 2 WU's a day now only one....that SUX, thus the need to get XP going again.

I would have installed vista last. I believe it uses a different boot loader than XP. unless you can boot up in a repair mode for vista, and fixmbr on it lol.

I am well triple booting. I have Vista on a 40GB hard drive, and XP Pro and XP 64 on a 120 GB. so far no issues with that.

maybe if you unplug your vista HD, and then reinstall XP, it might work better.
If you can't make it ... Don't come!

    I agree with PCManiac,

XP first then Vista. The dual booting is all handled correctly.

Don't forget to update BOOT.INI with the paths and a menu screen
