    Nutrional Value - Blueberries

For all of us who have taken the time to eat our way to the middle of the Pie these days, I thought about the basic Nutritional Value of what we are eating. Upon doing some research it seems we have a very good source of; vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. So I figured I would let you all see what we have been eating and where I got this amazing information.
