I think Prime Grid should be removed due to not being able to create accounts and SZTAKI due to the project being down to get points.

It would be nice to focus on something That we can all at least get an account on and get some points.

Or am I way off base?

Good points Aquajoe. Sort of difficult to argue against them.

What will satisfy our section criteria then?

Medical - seems to be preferred by most people
    Open to new accounts
Windows and Linux - if possible
    Work available
Points allocated in a reasonable timeframe - so the stats can reflect our effort

Nanohive needs to come off of there I'm crunching some of the last 3200 wu's till at least June now. There won't be any wu's to crunch in May.

Yeah, my NanoHive backlog of WU's seem to be drying up. I'm supposed to have 5 days worth and only have about 15 hours worth left.

I'll be turning Proteins back on for this system tomorrow morning.

    WCG fits all those criteria

    Medical :

    FightAIDS@Home
    Genome Comparison
    Muscular dystrophy on UD Agent
    Help Defeat Cancer
    Human Proteome Folding 2

They are open to new accounts and teams (although AMD Users is already on there)

It runs in BOINC - therefore can run on Windows or *nix

I think there's still work for ALL of the projects above

Points are updated at 12:00 UTC every day

From what i have read is that this is a warm-up for the spring boinc/non boinc championships. Our warm-up started Saturday April 21, and it's going to run for 2 weeks ending on May 5. Right now Vaughan is still trying to decide what projects to run in this thread
