I can't tell a government what it should do. They are fickle creatures at best, and I simply don't consider governments to be entirely reliable. Individual people however should modify their own lifestyles if they are concerned for global warming.

It's always best to start with cleaning your own steps before you are justified in informing another how to clean theirs.
