Wait just a dang minute..... I read the comments on those video's... If those dice are magnets, someone's gonna pay for my drywall damage!!!!

Actually I did some research by watching more closely, then trying it myself. There can not be any magnets in the equation due to the release of the stack when you are separating them one at a time as is shown on the video's.
OK so how did I come to this, well I decided to end my fascination and learn his skills. Watching this video over and over again you will notice Mr. Thomas Fischbach ( aka Fish) has a unique way of tilting the cups so the perpetual motion of the dice in the vessel align themselves in a single row. The weight of the dice is not much but, when there are many in a cup at one time they always align themselves in a row, not a bunch. Now it is difficult to know when to stop swinging the cup around and get the dice to settle onto the desk, that took some practice. But, like everything else humans do, including learning to drive a car, it wasn't that difficult really. The swinging of each pickup of dice past the normal movement in the hand movement is critical as this is where you align the dice into one solid row. Now all this is part of a demonstration of eye and hand skills, just how good are you in judging distances when you go to pick up the dice.

Maybe I went over board on my discoveries, but I wanted to see if what Beerknurd said was true or not. Obsessed a little, sure I get that way sometimes. I like what I like and Discovering the truths about the possibilities is what drives us all, can it be done or can't it? Yes it can ! ! !
