I just got the one for now, but I will get a second one soon, and it will be SLi heaven!

this is replacing my eVGA 6600GT.

Check this video out. it is pretty much meaningless, but watch to the part where he shows the difference between Direct X 9 and 10... pretty amazing!

With the 8600, you might not NEED a second card, But, It is fun to SLI !! .

I've been running a pair of eVga 7600 GT's (256 mb) for around 6 months or more. I had already fixed (upgraded) my cpu bottleneck. And this SLI setup solved my video bottleneck. I can run my game (BF2142) at 100% detail with no burps along the way.

I am in the process of RMAing my old 6600GT...

Anyway, IF YOU LIKE BF2, GET A 8600GT!!! this card is AWESOME!!!

I have everything maxed, and it is still quite playable!
I am talking like awesome smoke coming off your barrel, and well what I thought was realistic looking water until I saw screenies of DX10 ...

Buy one today! you will not be sorry!
