AMD sure is releasing a whole bunch of new stuff on the same day.

Makes me want to get a quad-core. I can use 3 cores for BOINC'ing and 1 for games [2 when more games support dual-cores].

wow maybe I'll hold off on my new computer lol!

I noticed that AMD's stock went up, and Intel (INTC) went DOWN buhahahah!!!

AMD expects true quad-core and dual-core AMD Phenom-based desktop systems will ship in the second half of 2007.
I don't have that kinda patience

They are mostly speaking of higher performance for gaming. Multi-tasking is on a corner but how is the Phenom series as a real cruncher running DC applications. There is no percentage how much faster they are compared with their AMD Athlon 6000+ or Intel C2D.

We will only see that when they reach the people's hands. They're probably not for sale anywhere in the world yet.

Realmente, Intel tiene los centros de cuadratura en venta ya. El multi-centro apenas medios más de un centro, as* que podr*a ser 2 o 4 o 8 o cualquier.

¡Espero que usted pueda leer esto!
