@BlackAdder: I like the updates keep em comin.

@Mitchellds: Does your PS3 make the room that it's in extremely hot? I'm going to try just running it at night and see if it still heats the room up.

It's in a large living room and I haven't noticed any heat issues.

I am trying to run 2 GPU's. I have a 3rd I could put on it as soon as I get another motherboard with pciexpress. If I do that I'll have to retire an older pc or two to keep the electric bill down.

I'm not sure about the GPU crunching. It seems kinda odd to have to leave one core just to keep the gpu busy. I havent been able to do that as I favor a different project.

Yeah, I have to keep the cpu usage around 50-60% so that the silly GPU can run also. Kinda annoying.

DX9 is to blame for that, should get better with their next GPU client

I just set the GPU client 66 on the cpu usage and start it first
then I can run two clients of something else on my dual cores

I ran Spinhenge with and without the GPU client
the was only 5 min difference
    48 min w/o GPU
    53 min with GPU

10% longer for maxing out the box I could live with

I am running the following on F@H:

    E6600 Core 2 Duo
    A64 3700+
    A64 3200+
    Opteron 165
    AMD 2500+ (Barton)
    Mac Mini

Don't have any GPUs on it. My GeForce 8800 is just dying to run this project.

    I am running.

    Pentium 4 3.0 HT
    Pentium 2.26
    2 A64 3200+
    2 Pentium M 1.6ghz

No GPU's running. I have 3 6800 GT sitting around waiting for a program.

I am getting ready to load up some more soon.

All running the no nonsense clients. I have to baby sit them though. I have a few machines that the client seems to go to sleep for some reason.
