You mean the 875P Neo FISR (PCB 2.0)?

Click on "Driver" link that is at the right of the name of the board, and you'll be taken to the drivers page. There you can choose everything you may need.
Pass them to the other computer through a pen drive or something, uncompress them (most likely they're zip or rar files) and run each of the drivers installers there (they must have a setup.exe or similar file in the uncompressed folders).


EDIT - There's a few different mobos with "Neo FISR", make sure to download the drivers for the correct one. It may or may not be that one I pointed out. That's the first one I found.
