    Is this site legal?

    Hi All,
I think I have been on this site and contributed enough for everyone to know that I am not posting this to promote my own interests or those of the site in question, but is www.mp3fiesta.com legal? cos it sounds too good to be true, such cheap music!, so little documentation!

Never heard of it before. But anyways, we got an affiliation with iTunes now for our music needs.

Problem is that Itunes is region specific, and South Africa is not supported

    Another Moscow based MP3 service...

...I looked pretty deep into the site and it reminds me a lot of Allofmp3.com (if anyone knows of them), they conduct business in a very similar way (I use them exclusively). You add money to an account, and then purchase music at the rate of $0.02/MB. With about ANY file type or quality available, it is a really good service.

If you notice, MP3fiesta.com says that most music will be about .10 per song depending on the "popularity of a certain song you want to download". Which means they could cost more.

At allofmp3.com, I don't download single songs anymore. When it only costs about a buck for a whole album, why bother?

BTW, yes, both services are legal, because in Russia, ROMS runs the whole copyright system over there and there is no law on the US books that says you cannot "import" (read: download) music for personal use.

Ok, so it is legal to download from mp3Fiesta, but do u think that the artists actually get paid or see any money from the downloads? Some would say it is not like they need it...
