AMD have shown little to no progression over the last year and we're supposed to be moving forward. Intel seems to be the only ones actually showing any progression with their products.

I am a long time user of AMD chips and i will be sad to move back to Intel after such a long time. Unless AMD do something fantastic then they've lost me to the competition.
well i'm attracted to the q6600 of the competition. I'm wonderin when those quads of amd are gonna come out. if they slashed the price some more off their 6000+ they'd certainly have me as a customer and buy 2 of them, but for now, intel is pulling a bit harder
