    Linux Streaming Program

Just downloaded the new Winamp version (5.5) and I'm very impressed with the media streaming it offers (it use Orb I think to power it)

It's great as it allows my Xbox 360 to listen to all my music on my PC all of which is .Ogg vorbis so Windows Media Player wont play it and thus I cant use the WMP built in streaming to stream to my 360.

I was just wondering if there was something like it I could use on linux as my linux box is more regularly on.

"The Orb" doesn't appear to be in linux yet ... in that form.

Have a crack at VLC Server

    or
    Real Media Server

VLC is great with ogg. You shouldn't have to go any further than that.
