I found this little gem of a conversation and though the rest of you would like to read along this happy trail of indulgence. While I am more interested in the discussion area as you will observe some amazing scientific assertions as to just how and why things we eat are crispy or crunchy. This mind bending moment in time comes in the Discussion area #5 and #6 but, the real genius describing the food and its pleasures is #9 !
