I know some of you are interested in low power computing (Bender10 for one)
Anyhow, I did some experiments and I've got a nice little write up on my blog if you guys fancy looking over it.

Nice write up Drezha
Interesting, but I'm more into High Power Computing ... ...
I know Drezha, I was just jerking your chain a little ...
i would be interested in numbers from Intel Q6600 @ 2.4Ghz ~ 2 x 500Gb Hard drives ~ 3GB RAM ~ Vista Home Premium if all possible
Danish, sure thing. I'll try and ge that today. Trouble is I have to drag wires about to get a score for that because it's plugged into a surge protected socket and the device doesn't work on surge protected sockets.
That's a great write-up.
At the start of the article I would have anticipated the reverse result.
I priced some low-power parts recently like the mini-itx format mobo's cases with solid-state cooling etc. and I was disappointed at the total cost. Now that you prompted me it really does look like a lower-priced used laptop with a HDD upgrade may suit better.
Thanks for the linky, drezha.
Quite a surprising result and well done.
Look forward to the next one.
