Ya'll might want to right click on the tray icon and select "Search for updates" and go through the update.

Come on guys get those updates made and start racking up those bonus points (2 points for a regular unit and 4 for one of the long ones) They more than double what we get for current wu's. And you lose nothing on the running wu. It restarts automaticaly at the end of the update right where it left off.

Read the fine print though... Only update your single core machines!!! he does not have a dual core app out on this version. I made the mistake and updated both cores...




This application was created for purpose of systematic searching third Wieferich prime. Application will after registration tests and process received units and it will search new candidate for Wieferich prime number . Application make use of up - to - date algorithms and new testing method. if any other application ask for additional processor usage, application will release the used procesor usage. This application is for using in one instance only.

You still get 1 point for each regular work unit and if you have the most up to date version of the app you get a second point. Also you still get 1 point for the periodical tests and 3 bonus points if you are running the most up to date version. It's very easy to do all you have to do is right click on each tray icon and select "Search for updates" and follow the instructions. It takes less than a minute and restarts the app automatically, with no loss of the current wu. You do have to do it on each instance you have running.

Bonus points are news for version 2.0 and higher. We very recommended to use actual version of Wieferich@Home.

About main points:
Every gets 1 point C for unit from complete test (main point - same as in previous version)
Every gets 1 point P for unit from periodical test (main point - same as in previous version)

About bonus points:
Every who will use actual version, he will get for every new finnished unit (application or multicore launcher) bonus points. There are no limitations for unit count, important is use actual version:
1 bonus point for finished unit from complete test
3 bonus points for finished unit from periodical test.

If there is any new version of Wieferich@Home (important is line "Current version" in stats page), and member will use older version, he can't get other bonus points. If any member download new version, he will get bonus points again. He will get information (same as in Skype small window above tray icon) about new version. There are bonus points for finished units from actual final or beta version only (installation of the multicore launcher contains same application of Wieferich@Home + multicore launcher, important is for bonus points version of Wieferich@Home, not multicore launcher).
