They key to it is going to be the cost. I for instance you can go purchase the duals at a cost less than comparable horsepower higher wattage cpu's, then it should fly very well for just a plain non-fancy desktop/portable. I would much rather have a flock of low wattage systems if I could get comparable horsepower for less electricity than what I currently use. The question remains as to whether or not that is possible/realistic looking at a total cost basis, ie cost of hardware as well as cost of operation.
