    no one really knows appreantly the way the city ends up looking has to do with your user name ie you have 2 cities exactly the same stats but they will look different because of difference in user names

    Maybe it is just totally random... I think it is commerce/industry based... There are teams ahead of us with only 1 skyscraper. Maybe cause we build up our industry and commerce so we can move forward with big population surges...
