What do I need to do to get into the AMD Users secret squirrel club?

Whenever I see a new project post on another forum, I check it out and inveitably there's 10+ AMD users members already on the project but there's no post on this forum about it.

Here's an example.

Cels@Home - I searched the forum for a thread, but no dice. Went to the project page, and 11 people are already registered and crunching!

Why not spread the news, so we can all chip in?

Also, what happened to the new projects being added to the Forum > Boinc projects list?

I didn't know about cels@home until noticing it on BOINCstats. They just started on Feb 25th, so the information didn't have much time to sneak out. I have no idea where I read about mindmodeling first. They didn't want anyone posting info on the stats sites. We all just need to get out our Sherlock Holmes magnifying glasses...

I google stuff, that is how I find out about alot of my projects. Plus I use this site alot...

Cels was a surprise entry to most of us.
I too only discovered it by checking the project sign up list in BAM.
I still missed out on 3 other projects that have sign-up closed.
Even the keen project scouts have to wait sometimes.

Most of us who have been here long enough pm a few of the elder members to find out where the new projects are,, That is one way of getting ahead of the rest of the world of BOINC!
