    Rosetta on Quad?

    Sorry to keep asking questions, but I am unable to figure out how to make Rosetta@Home use all 4 cores.

    Please advise

    are you talking 1 WU running on all cores, or 4 WUs running 1 per core?

    the first isn't going to happen until the project changes the way they work.
    the second, make sure your preferences is set to to use at least 4 processors.
