Yup, just check the christmas contest stats on my sig people. Everyone on PSP Sieve with a 64bit OS is on fire.
I don't think there's any other project granting more credits per hour than this.

I am running my test units today and running down whatever else I can.
Like their forum post says, please do your client downloads in advance so the server doesn't get hammered on the start day.

Test shows that the normally fast Wintel-32 is really rubbish at this.
The C2D E6300 can actually run Linux-x86_64, but I will have to put up with it as it is my son's gaming machine.
I just know he's going to complain about the game-lag.
    Oh well. Too bad.

The rest of the boxen are on fire, including ye olde Duron which lives to sieve.

    /ed - wow. the AM2+ Phenom (Linux AMD64) smashes these wu's - ed/

    2 points of note:

    1) she runs hot so watch your temps

    2) if you have not started your preparation yet, get to it.
1/2 of the available WUs were gulped down into caches this afternoon (AEST).
Seeing this trend I have grabbed a decent quota.
Remember to run a work unit or two before grabbing a bunch of work so your completion estimates are established first.
That way you should avoid getting much more or less than your machine can handle.

    25 hours to go.

    Are you ready?

    taken from the Challenge thread,

Scores will be kept for individuals and teams. Only work units issued AFTER 17 December 2008 12:04 UTC and received BEFORE 21 December 2008 12:04 UTC will be considered for credit. Since this is a fixed credit project, we'll be using cobblestones for scoring.

do they hold up to this? would seam we DON'T want a large cache before the start.

    Congrats on another 10^6 vaughan.

    meshmar has clocked in 50K
and Liuqyn flew past 300K. 400K by tomorrow morning and close to 500K tomorrow night I think.

txt.file has my back to the wall!

    Great numbers all.

    73 hours to go.

    Thank you for noticing Dave.
You'll be pleased to know I switched the Opty165 from WEP-M+2 to PG as its running Ubuntu 64 at the moment. Doomeva might run some WEP (if he remembers ). Only one core of his Wolfdale is on Wieferich now until the PG Summer/Winter Solstice event is concluded.

Yes great numbers from Team AMD Users.

I wonder where jamers got to? We need him for the PrimeGrid challenge to keep some of the heavy hitting teams in line.

I only wish I had been home for the start, was about 6-8 hours in before I started getting points due to my old wu's running out first.
